Grupa Zasada deals with construction since the end of the 1980s, when investments such as accommodation buildings, office buildings, production halls, a hotel or trade and leisure centre were started. The 1990s brought next projects, which were completed with a full success. Together with development of activity and increased demand for construction it has been decided to establish a company, which will concentrate solely the investments from this branch. Acar Developer company has been established and it specializes in development activity.
